How to make a return

Ship the product
Package the product in its original packaging and send it to the address we will provide you via email.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Conditions

The return must be requested within 30 days from the product delivery date.
Product in original condition
The product must be unwashed, unworn, and with its original packaging intact.
Labels present
All original labels must still be attached to the product.
Product intact
The product must not show damage, tears, or signs of use.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been worn directly against the skin without underwear, washed, or damaged.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
